Instant Vastu provides a digital report that is generated immediately after a successful payment. Because the report is delivered instantly, refunds are generally not issued once the report has been unlocked.
When a Refund May Be Considered
- Payment was deducted but the full report did not unlock.
- Duplicate payment was made for the same assessment.
- A technical issue prevented access to the paid report.

Processing Time
Valid refund requests, where applicable, will be reviewed and processed according to the payment provider's timelines.
